Swine Flu is in Cancun - More Travel Advisories Expected

Two Dickinson Count, Kansas, residents have been confirmed as suffering from swine flu –- known as swine influenza A.

County administration director Brad Homman said a man and a women who live in rural Dickinson County, became sick after the man traveled to Cancun, Mexico for a business trip earlier this month.

Homman said the man began feeling sick on April 16, the day he took a flight home from his trip.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment stated the man traveled through Wichita both to and from his trip to Mexico, and that the couple was suffering from the same unique strain of swine flu that has been identified in Mexico, California and Texas.
